Lovita came to the States to attend Architecture School at the University of Virginia. After graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, she continued to live in D.C. Metro Area and worked for Wiedemann Architects LLC, a firm specializing in high-end residential projects, for several years. In 2006, she moved to Santa Barbara and worked as a Project Manager at Cearnal Andrulaitis LLP until joining Andrulaitis+Mixon Architects in 2016.
Lovita’s attention to details and her project management skills are key to her successfully managed projects. She is accustomed to working on high-end residential, commercial interiors and mixed-use projects. A couple of commercial projects you may recognize are the SB Foundation office, Alma del Pueblo (also known as the SB Public Market) and 121 De La Guerra.
Outside the office, Lovita’s activities are focused on her family. She loves traveling in search of good eats. Born and raised in Indonesia, she loves tasty and spicy food.
